Audio issues in Audio Evolution Mobile Studio (AEM) / Automation
I bought AEM, mainly to arrange individual audio tracks recorded in AUM.
now I have the problem that there is crackling in AEM (the original recordings have no interfering noises). It is completely irrelevant how I set the audio buffer size. the noises can be heard at 128 frames as well as at 4096.
i use an ipad 2020 (ios 14.4.2)
does anyone have an idea why this could be?
EDIT:
the problem only occurs when I automate an audio sample (volume / pan).
The original sample doesn't crackle. It only starts as soon as the automation is on.
What can that be?

The developer is on this forum, i can’t keep anyone’s user name strait here so i can’t recall what it is but if you go to the big thread on AEM and tag him he pays attention and responds most the time. I haven’t used AEM for audio tracks so I’m not sure, but i have to reboot my iPad a lot since getting ios 14 to stop audio cracks and unplug my sound interface, usually helps
