Well, it simply made me laugh about myself. For an instance I believed in it. But apart from that I actually find it valuable to know that this a solution for touch operation of Ableton. I actually would like to try it.

You are right. I tried but I can’t figure out how.

I used to have a 23" touch screen which I did use for Ableton Live a bit (but it broke on a flight back from a gig overseas)
It's not really a great experience as Ableton isn't designed for touch, so it's much better using hardware and/or something like Touchable Pro.

  • presonus remote on the other hand is quite useful and nice if you’re a studio one user

  • The user and all related content has been deleted.

This. I had my giant Wacom Cintiq set up with Ableton and it was painful. The UI doesn’t scale right.
The whole thing was super clumsy.

You could change the title to start OT: and change the wording to be lead click-baitlike

Just use Touchable on the iPad if we want a touch enabled sweet ride with Ableton.

Sidecar is great for some things…just not something as dense as Ableton for an entire workflow session.

Even the free Teamviewer isn’t that bad over good wifi but the annoying thing is when you minimize the app it disconnects you.
