I wasn't convinced about buying this app but I'm gonna get it at this price!

Nice! Need to check into it some more, but that's a great price and I know some people here are big fans.
Update: Kind of like a Radiohead machine! I may bite. Kind of new to this stuff - is there a "BPM sync" of some kind so that while you're glitching, slowing, speeding up, and contorting a loop it will actually pick back up with the original tempo once you stop doing that? Or is that simply what quantization does, so the app shouldn't LET you get off the timing?

Yes there is Snap button, looks like a target, so if you slow the pitch and take the beat off, it will snap it back to where it should have been, in options there is also an option called index tracking, which is on by default that will keep track of where your beat is while you are glitching, cutting, reversing etc.. that will drop it back in where it should be.
Quantize quantizes the cuts and glitches, and the retriggers (hitting the pads again retriggers the loops). Snap will snap it back to where it would have been if you didn't retrigger as well.

Can you run live audio through Glitchbreaks [like as an FX slot] or does it need to start with a sample?
You can run live audio into Glitchbreaks
Yes but I'm not sure if you can use the repeater/loop effect AFAIKT. Only the distortion, delay, reverb module. Hope I'm wrong though.
I bougth this app like a year ago or less, is hard to learn at least i dont use it because the interface is not intuitive for me, but in the videos the app looks interesting, i think if you have time is good for that price, and i hope somebody upload some tutorials a
@supadom Currently you are right, it is just the effects that live audio can run through, but I am working on an update that will use the glitch, cut, and mod looping to manipulate the live audio buffer. I finally cracked that nut and got it sorted on my other app, and will be implementing it very soon in Glitchbreaks. One thing to note though is that the effects are all have automation, which can be recorded live or using the automation editor.
@distraub - That is great news on the live audio glitching ! It's a great app for waveform scrubbing, one of my favourite pastimes
