  • Getting your money’s worth out of Moog lately! Have you tried Animoog yet? It’s best experienced with its own kb.

  • It's quite obvious that you've used the same synths that movie studios used in the 60s and 70s to create their sound tracks 😊

  • @Wrlds2ndBstGeoshredr, impossible to get one’s money’s worth when it was free, but yeah, I’m loving Italy will start to experiment with Animoog,

@rs2000, everything old is new again... except my brain!

Hey! You found the secret Hyper-Wobble-Modulator (HWM) Control that was used to end every phrase in the early ersatz Theramin patches. Good times.

I hope I don’t trigger any TPR’s in anyone that hates tech. TPR = TLA Phobic Reactions. TLA = Three Letter Acronyms. Invented by IBM and mandated by military and intelligence orgs for addition security through obscurity. A-OK.
Only top secret agents are cleared to disclose what an OK is. Okay, I’m an Okie from Ojai. Oh, no.

When you started playing the snake charmer’s riff I almost died from the kitsch to the groin. I’m sure it was unintended but with these 8 notes scales your going to use unintended quotes out of context.

Enough ridicule... enough jealousy... you do good Moog.

Now buy the Fab Filter and move some product to ensure more products get sold.

  • Nice! If you had to choose, Mideast drummer or future drummer?

For me ME by far. FD is good but you can get that sound from a lot of apps you may already have. ME is more unique.

My major beef with ME is that you cannot tune the drums. Those bass frame drums have a very distinctive pitch that may or may not fit the key you're playing in. When I use it, I make certain to play in a key that sounds good with it.

Thanks, ME is the one @LinearLineman keeps recommending.

@Edward_Alexander, I would probably pick Future Drummer if I could only have one. The presets for ME Drummer are limited and it has gotten a bit boring. FD is not so connected to a genre.

@McD, indeed I was aware of the “They don’t wear pants in the sunny side of France” quote. A bit of a spontaneous musical joke as the whole thing was pretty kitsched up with the warble modulation.

    I caught that..... ;)

  • @Daveypoo, haha autocorrect/autoprescient. At least you’re paying attention 🔍🙏

Quietly? Can I call a Davey Poo on that one? Oops. I have awakened the baby typing frantically. Damn you Poo man. You get me riled.

  • I love the composition of this. Almost gives me a Danny Elfman feeling in parts. The musical snake charmer "in-joke" brought a smile to my face.

  • Well, thank you very much @MadeofWax. I love Danny Elfman (who doesn’t). Glad it made you smile.
