Some Ambient Guitar with Eventide Blackhole Reverb

Just got Eventide Blackhole Reverb - as it's currently on sale thought I'd see what all the fuss was about. The fuss was right, what an amazing lush sound! Everybody needs this.
Anyone have the pedal version?

Chain: Strat - Nembrini Cali Reverb (clean) - 2 Nembrini Delay3000's (one short delay, one long) - Blackhole Reverb (tweaked Default)

  • That is good.

  • Nice! Black Hole is by far my favorite reverb on iOS/iPadOS. It sounds amazing on anything!

  • Very nice.

  • Whoa. Dreamy sound. Must fight desire to buy another reverb. Great tone, great performance, great progression. Really enjoyed this.

  • Thanks @LinearLineman, means a lot coming from the master.
Thanks @Edward_Alexander. I don't often do the ambient thing, but it's nice to know that I've got this amazing space-creating sound on my phone if needed.
Cheers @NeuM and @MadeofWax for the kind words, much appreciated - there's always room for one more reverb!

  • Really nice!

I’m definitely going be picking up this reverb.

  • We have no excuses left since you prove we can make really elegant recordings using these
    Apps on our devices.

    None.

    Get too it.

Conjure some beauty or majesty or insanity or industrial mayhem or rhythmic sound puzzle.
Create and share. There's is always an audience for your stuff. Always, someone who will say? "You made that?" and sometimes in a good way.

@pbelgium You made this! In a very good way. I like the part where it sounds like a finger nail got snagged in on the B string. Genius. "keratinous plate echoes".

  • Hey! @pbelgium has more tracks than followers at SoundCloud. Shame on you guys.
We need about 20 follows to fix it.

  • Nice one. More gospel than ambient to my ears though.

    I followed him.

    Shoot, I’ve only got 12 🤷🏻

Hey @pbelgium I just wanted you to know that I went back and listened to this piece again all the way through and I really dig it! Very nice! The thing you started getting into at 1:35, and again at 2:35 was my favorite part!

  • Thanks @Dav & @Wrlds2ndBstGeoshredr - there are some jazzy blues gospel bits in there.

@McD thanks for the support, I think. All I hear now are my extraneous finger pops echoing around the cavernous expanse - I could change the title to 'Nail on a B-String' (by J. S. Bark).

Cheers @Edward_Alexander - followed back. I like that part too, influenced by Birdland with an odd count African loop.

  • Great track @pbelgium , lovely guitar sounds… bit Pat Methenyish to my ears which is definitely a complement 😊

  • You made me buy it. thanks!

  • Thanks @GeoTony, I’ll take that compliment.
    @Stochastically, it’s definitely worth it.
