It was fine for my iphone purchase. A very professional procedure.
I’ve never heard of that one but will investigate. I have bought almost all my iOS gear on Swappa and have always been very pleased with the experience.

Only bad experiences here in France with Backmarket. They’re a marketplace, and can’t/don’t check enough how their sellers have refurbished products. There are big chances you get an iPhone with almost dead battery, bad 3rd party screen etc. Best way to do is to go with a shop having full control on refurbishing process. I used Remade brand in France, more expensive but very good work from them. Perhaps you have something similar in your country.
