Is that sort of deal even possible in iTunes Store? Or is that VST deal only?
@firejan82 those are the dev's words not mine but I understand that version 2 will be a paid upgrade through IAP.
@Trueyorky OK, I see now, that makes sense I guess. The demo didn't make me buy the app. I wonder how it will improve, hopefully they will upgrade the demo too.
I also downloaded the demo and didn't find any attraction to use it.
Using dials for notes on a touch screen is a big turnoff. I find gadget-NanoStudio-beatmaker-caustics more intuitive. With them I have the song skeleton very fast.
Another issue is the 16 bars length. Why do we need this restriction? Is it because the developer find it easier for his screen design. Modern sequencers should have 16, 32, 64 or custom length patterns. If we want old hardware working models will buy them on eBay. On iPad we should work with new work patterns paradigms.
Both the main and the trial apps got updated recently. I'm having a lot more fun with the trial now, not sure if it's all the new features or if I just didn't' get it before.
