Reverb
The site. Not the app. Sold an item. Didnt get paid. Obviously had to link bank account. I believe with a bank confirm process. Its as simple as giving name. address, sort code, account number, expiry date, 3 dig security code. This is the setup on reverb and the standard I guess for uk bank transfers ( possibly elsewhere ) Now they are saying they need a document or photo of a void check. I dont use checks Iv said. So now they want a photo of my bank details from my online bank account, within 24 hrs or case will be closed.
Seems like companies are being wierd because of the covid situation. If you check out the range ( shop ) on trust pilot. Its insane. Reverb seems to be acting similar or thinking Im dodgy. Even though Iv bought from there before. Linked my bank etc. Forwarded a bank email that xxxxxxx out my account number. The person dealing with matter is asking for the same basic numbers from my account. Would these be xxxxxx out to an employee on my reverb account? Or does it seem like they think im being dodgy and needing more validation or simply finding excuses not to pay?

Was it your very first transaction as a seller on Reverb?
Who is "The person" ? A reverb employee or the buyer?
When I sell on Reverb I get a message once the payment has cleared. Then I’ll send the item, enter tracking number and they’ll pay out eobd.
The only difficulty I had on Reverb was when there was an issue syncing my ID with my bank details. I got a customer support guy and he was most helpful.
