Synthmaster/KV331 cloud error?

I keep getting an error when trying to sync with the cloud or download online presets with any SynthMaster app. It tells me I have no Internet connection, even though I do have one. Is there a known issue?

    That is a separate issue though. Our server connection is working just fine. We had a problem with Google Cloud only.

    That issue is already fixed in v1.0.3, did you download from TestFlight ?

    Ohh, got it! Do you mean an upcoming update, or the one that just dropped over Testflight?
    Because I tried with the last beta release, with no luck.

    I’ve been getting the same, I own the SynthMaster bundle on desktop. I believe that I’m supposed to be able to download 1950 presets or something, but it’s maxed out at 800+. The store in this regard I find super confusing overall.

    If you want to download preset purchased from our web site, you enter your desktop email+serial. I do not think is confusing. Can you please PM me your desktop email address ?

    I’m still having a problem downloading the Desktop Presets Upgrade. SM2 iOS shows it purchased, and when I enter the requested registration info - including the email address for my Windows Synthmaster install - it acts like it’s downloading the files, says it’s complete. But it doesn’t. Or if it is, it’s not putting them in the Factory Presets folder. My total presets in that folder is 849…the Upgrade claims it should bring it to 1950. What is the fix for this? Every time I send a support request to your company I’m told - and given - a new serial number. In fact the latest response said “ Could you delete Documents / Synthmaster / Config / SynthmasterConfig and Documenst / Synthmaster / SynthmasterPresets file and try again?”. 🤔 ??? I don’t see how deleting a folder on my PC is going to fix my iPad issue.

    The synth sounds great! Really fun to work with except for this one nagging issue.

    Let's get to the bottom of this confusion.
    In the store, there is an item which reads:

    "Desktop Presets Upgrade
    This IAP adds all the remaining desktop factory presets, increasing the total factory presets count to a total of 1950!

    Synthmaster 2.9 Desktop Users do NOT have to purchase this IAP. They could simply register with their desktop serial numbers and download all the factory presets + the expansions they purchased from our website."

    It accepts my SynthMaster 2.9 Desktop serial number under "Settings", but the presets do not show up. I reinstalled the SM2 beta, and re-entered my serial number, and now I'm still seeing odd behavior from the Download Progress indicator. It started around 40%, and now the label is being updated by two different variables, attached to two different download files.

    Now the download is completed, and here's what the Download Progress label says:

  • I opened it again, tried to open the preset browser, and it crashed.
    I opened it a second time, tried to open the preset browser, it crashed, and I sent a crash report.
    It opened it a third time, and took a screenshot of this "LastUsedPreset" glitch...and it crashed from me taking a screenshot, so I shared the data again.

    BUT THEN...I opened it one more time. And, upon opening the SM2 beta...

  • I have an iPad Pro and an iPad mini 5th I have in both of them SynthMaster 2 But IPad mini has More Presets The The iPad Pro how can I sync the you have the same number of presets The local prisets have the problem the online are the same

    I have found synthmaster’s updates and coupon system to be quite different from what I’m used to…and after having the 2 experiences I had, I won’t be moving forward with synthmaster…even though I love it.

    You should not buy the expansion bundle on the iOS system if you expect that they will also be available on the computer version…lesson one. You have to buy them on the computer and then you have them in both places…I, of course did this wrong. Now my presets don’t align when I transfer Logic Pro projects using synthmaster using any bundle sounds…great.

    So be aware of using the iOS version to buy content, instead upgrade the computer iap. ..it’s NOT a 2 lane road on this app.

    I like synthmaster, and the dev tried to help me…so I am not dissing the product or the company, I’m dissing the way it’s handled online and the non-clarity of how it works in updates etc.
