Haven't had any similar problems with his other apps, though at least one of the magic death eyes lacks a feature that is available on desktop. I like this devs apps in general but he can be very slow to respond to and react to feedback about problems. I would personally definitely skip this ers bundle. There are plenty better apps by devs who actually really seem to give a f* to spend your money on, imho!
That does seem odd, although it is replicating the behaviour of the original hardware unit which only allowed one button at a time (same goes for the later Dimension C pedal made by BOSS). Although I’m sure you know this already!
It does seem to only be accessible through the presets to get the multiple buttons down. I don’t know if it’s the same with the desktop version though
Thanks Gav! The bundle was already pretty low on the to buy list but I’ll definitely hold out now. I’m still curious about the MagicDeathEye stuff but is it really worth it over TB apps? Or FF?
Both Magic Death Eyes are lovely, but I'm sure you'll survive without them. They're expensive, and other options do the job well enough, I reckon.
Thanks! I figured that was the case. Once you start collecting all the TB, FAC, and FF apps it’s hard to justify spending money on other compressors/limiters. Those 3 + Push/Peak have become my go to’s.
