Making a beat with SciFi sounds
I am using the excellent Slate drum sampler from Blip Interactive NanoStudio 2.
The pattern in the first part of the video has 3 tracks:
Track 1: Rock solid NS2 factory acoustic drumkit
Track 2: two samples from Memory Collection 05 - SciFi
Track 3: samples from Out There sample (acoustic jawharp and electronic percussions)
In the second part of the video, I am only randomly playing some samples from MC 05!
Memory Collection 05 contains sounds from 10 Public Domain scifi movies. Full pack has 1750 wav files (1.44 GB) and costs $20 USD.
