that was cool.
That's a LOT of hours spent practicing.
Let’s see Drambo do that 🥁
Might need "Drumbo".
Agreed.
One has to be focused to be able to play like that.
The mental precision is immense.
That’s when playing becomes Zen.
The skill of the drummers is amazing let alone
the actual composition of the piece itself,
the arrangement and the choreography of it in it’s entirety.
I love pieces like this.
@LinearLineman
Thank you.
Good find.
Jeeeez!!!!!
Not only is this hard work but there is also this factor which makes it more difficult: https://drummajor.org/marching-band-sound-delay
Guy dropped a stick at 5:54 😂😂😂 but what a great performance though, I can’t imagine all the hours of practice that went into the musicianship and choreography, I know I would have messed up a lot on the choreography alone lol
If you like that sort of performance you might also enjoy drum and bugle corps. Quite a bit more movement and more complex percussion charts than top secret (not dissin top secret, they’re great). Here’s a rehearsal video featuring the drum line from the corps that was 7th in the world in 2019
Here’s the group’s performance from a normal audience vantage point for context
Very impressive! But can they do this?
I know it's not as tight, but come on!
(Filmed in South Korea a few years back - can't remember who they were.)
No cow bell
No swearing
