So good... what apps were used to make this one? The mix is stunning. What a nice image.
I asked my "Google Home" to play me a meditation today and it went to a Spotify channel called meditation and I listen to 3-4 before the commercials started (not a Spotify subscriber) and
they were generally very spare so the mind could drift away.
This one is "front of mind" and I don't drift away. That's a good thing. Those other tracks focus on
boring me into forgetting there was sound to focus on. Probably a good idea for actual meditation
but I have no experience doing the process correctly. But I do fall asleep eventually.
