MIDI setup, help!
I've never worked much with MIDI, even less so with iOS. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Anyhow, I'm trying to use Launchpad iOS as a master for my Korg Volca Drums, with audio from both going through an Alesis Multimix 4. I've got a USB hub into which I've plugged the MultiMix, a hardware Launchpad, a Roland UM-One MK2 MIDI interface (MIDI out plugged into the Volca's MIDI in), and the hub plugged into a CCK.
I've got lovely audio from both the Volca and the iPad via the Multimix, but I can't figure out how to sync the MIDI between the two. I purchased MIDIBridge, but frankly it's confusing me even more.
Thanks so much for any suggestions!

Current experience suggests the Novation App only works with Novation hardware. YMMV but others have reported same issues. I have tested against internal VM synths and pads with same non-play results. Not fully conclusive, but indicative.
Ok, yeah, that seems plausible. I checked and Loopy is working fine as master, so it appears as though my setup is legit. Launchpad shows up as a potential midi input and output in Loopy, but results are spotty. Can't seem to get it to sync.
