How to connect your iPad to your MIDI controller

Considering how small my channel is, I got a surprising amount of questions of how to connect different MIDI controllers to the iPad. So I thought I'll make a short video about the available options.

Most of you will already know how this works, but feel free to use the video as reference if you get the same questions :D

  • You might want to include BT MIDI dongles and USB MIDI to Bluetooth MIDI bridges...
I'm using BT links for MIDI most of the time, it's so much more comfortable than wires attached to a wireless device, and you're not limited to one controller.

Good idea, what brand of BT MIDI controllers do you use?
