Importing mp3 to AB
Hello
Anyway 2 import songs
Thanks
Comments
The best way, IMHO, is to upload the song into a service that embeds into your AB thread:
SoundCloud (which allows free use up to a limit) I pay and don't need to delete content
BandCamp (you can embed a complete album of content and lead to some sales)
People upload using apps that force me to download a file and use my device's software to play it. I often just pass on these. Some file download services are riddled with confusing
interfaces intended to get you to download yet another Flash Player or commercial artifact.
The danger of spyware is high.
You mean the Audiobus app, not the forum, I assume?
No, Audiobus doesn’t have an audio file player. You need to use an Audiobus compatible app that can import and play back mp3 files. There are several choices. One recent addition worth checking out is Neon Audio Editor.
Exactly that
Any other app suggestions that will work on AB
Many thanks
Peace
I think you’ll get better recommendations if you give a little more detail about what you’re trying to accomplish.
Simply an app that will play a mp3 on AB that I could add FX or drums or more to it
AudioShare is one that can play mp3’s
GarageBand would be a good choice. Not only can you import MP3s into it, but you can also add FX, edit, change the volume, it has lots of ways to add drums and more, and much much more.
And, it's free.
Audioshare and Blocs Wave are the file players that I use with Audiobus. Koala, Segments, and Loopy Pro should also technically work, as well as Ampify Launchpad.
Edit: Wim is also right about GarageBand. It can only be used in the output slot though.
GarageBand & AudioShare it is then
Peace
