I posted this back in September, 2020 before I had ever heard of BarkFilter and Magic Death Eye Stereo. I remixed this today and I think it turned out a bit better. What do you think?

Nice composition!

BarkFilter and Magic Death Eye Stereo make everything better... The @jolico Bark Filter trick is epic:

Signal chain:
BarkFilter → Compressor → Limiter

(“MagicDeathEyeStereo” compressor and “NoLimits” limiter are my favorites)

In Barkfilter:
Open the Tripleband preset.
Switch OFF “Auto Gain”.
Select the “Threshold” tab.
Unlink ALL of the bands.
Save your preset. (I call it AllBand)

Now for the magic:
In Barkfilter’s “Threshold” tab, raise the first two bands as much as you like.

Save presets at various levels so that you can switch between them and compare.

Have fun and also remember to save your unmastered songs for future experiments.
