Tim wherever you are, I miss ya and I regret not making it more clear that I see you as a friend in real life not just some website, sorry we all failed you.
As some folks here know, Tim used to post on each holiday and would often spend quite a lot of energy giving it his signature twist. Halloween was no exception. This Halloween we dont have Discchord but we do have a chance to contemplate what we DO have and what we can do to keep it!
If Tim comes back or if he doesn't I hope we all see this as a wake up call to realize the humans behind these websites and apps which we love need our love back. A dollar or ten, or 10k, give what you can. If you know of awesome jobs or resources available share it! We can make a difference whoever or wherever we are. Together we could even form a network to facilitate budget world tours for bands like “Book your own fucking life did for bands like Green Day in the 90s! There is no limit to how much difference we can make , let just do something.
I will rephrase it……. Individually we each might have a little or a lot to contribute but together this community has the capacity to do way more! We could all choose to come together and make shit happen , open some serious doors and make some ground shaking projects or we can just be a bunch of weekenders and bathroom mirror popstars!
