Yes, Amuse amuse.io has an iOS app that allows you to upload you music and cover art and they will distribute it to the major stores and services. There are free and paid accounts.
I just use the free one for my music with Oliver Papke, which he sends a piano track and I add guitar and orchestration on my iPad.
