Definitive Animoog AudioCopy Thread

Nothing in the archives here but this seems to be a longtime issue…
I’m trying to copy a recording into AudioShare but get this Sample rate message (note that he rate is properly set)… Any solution at hand? Thanks.

  • Now that Animoog supports Files.app there is no need to use the AudioCopy.app :sunglasses:

Just import the files directly to the target app from the Animoog folder...
...you can also do 'Copy' on the file in Files.app and 'Paste' into those apps that rely on AudioCopy for import.

For this to work reliably AudioCopy.app may need to be deleted since apps using AudioCopy SDK revert back to using General Pasteboard when the AudioCopy.app is not present.

Thanks for the reply, @Samu. I’m not sure this applies. I’m using the RECORD panel, not the 4 track, so it’s copying from the buffer—no file in the Animoog Files folder.

Assuming the copy function is broken…(?)

Edit: using the 4 track to Mixdown to AudioShare. Decent enough alternative.

When you save the project in the 4 track recorder the files will be saved in the Animoog Files folder.
I used to use iTunes to lift out the individual tracks but now I can just use the Files.app :sunglasses:

I'll check the regular Record but I recall it saves that one too...
...on iPad Air, OS15.0.2 Animoog crashes opening AudioCopy.app?!

If AudioCopy.app is not installed 'copy' works and you can paste the audio-file in the Files.app.

I think I'll just use the 4-track from now on as that status of AudioCopy.app along with the rest of the app updates from 'that' company are quite questionable...
