It's actually better than a Vermona drum machine and I'm not exaggerating.

  • Excellent rack! Nice punchy kicks and tight snares!

  • This is the best I've heard, for customizable electronic drums. For Hi-NRG, I nee na nee needed this. And some vaaaapoooorwave.

For cinematic orchestral trap? Such as "Black Beatles (Madsonik Remix) by Rae Sremmurd? Or the soundtrack to Canabalt? I wonder if Drambo could emulate DrumComputer. I would like that.

  • thanks everyone! I am super happy that you like Dramboise :)

  • this is great!! awesome work!

  • I’m a dRambo newbie. This seems to be really cool, but I am only getting the AU version to load. It works great in AUM. I can’t seem to get the standalone version to load at all. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Where are you opening it from? Like, when I open the AU the SA is right next to it and opens just the same. What's your experience in comparison?

You need to load the standalone as an instrument rack:

    Then click import

Browse to the folder where you extracted the zip and select Dramboise SA.drmodule

The same goes for single instruments

  • @branis @ashh Bingo! Thank you for the assistance!

  • Hi Branis. Cant get it to work. Theres always no sound. Download file. Then unzip. Then aum. Open drambo. Press +. Import. Then an instrument from singles. No sound.

Have you tried C1 for the Kick etc?

  • Thanks Branis. Thanks ashh.

    Works well.

Need to setup launchpad. Seems good with launchpad at the mo. Like scratch records.

(sorry, it’s a stupid long standing joke)

  • I guess I should update the description on patch storage to include the trigger notes:

    C1 - kick
    D1 - snare
    D#1 - clap
    E1 - zap
    F#1 - closed hihat
    G1 - low tom
    A#1 - open hihat
    A1 - mid tom
    B1 - hi tom
    C#2 - cymbal
    D2 - metal

  • Must Drambo pads be mapped with these note triggers on launchpad x. For velocity?

You can easily change the trigger notes by opening the patch and changing the note filters
