Fast way "one touch" to switch between AUM sessions or channel presets?
I'm hoping to use AUM to EQ a few different sets of headphones using the inbuilt parametric EQs on a channel and an audio interface. I'm trying to work out the best way to switch between different EQs without needing to enter the menu and make four selections to change sessions. I need 10 EQ bands per headphone. My best ideas so far are using Mozaic to send a midi CC to a load session action, or a simple microcontroller with a button sending a midi CC to AUM to load a session via the midi interface built in to the audio interface.
Is there a better way to do it?

Do you absolutely need separate sessions? If not, then you could just set up a channel for each configuration and simply solo the one you want.
BTW, do you know about TB Morphit? It's made for this kind of thing and may even have settings for some of your headphones as starting points. Their preset saving mechanism is a bit obtuse, but if you get past that, or use AUM presets instead, you can easily load your customized versions as needed.
Oh I'd forgotten about Morphit being on iOS too. I've demo'd it on PC before. Both of my headphones are supported so this could work. Thanks heaps for reminding me of this one :-)
So, I guess were not going to have disclosed some hidden AUM feature to load AUM sessions with "one touch"?
How many touches does TB Morphit take? I'm guessing 2.
It’s not hidden. That’s standard midi learn functionality. You can load a session by playing a note on the AUM keyboard if you like.
Cool. I glad I made fun and missed the real deal. You can MIDI Learn on a particular session? Might be cool to switch using Foot Pedals. How long does such a swap of environment take I wonder on average.
I know it depends on the complexity of the configuration and the apps involved. I've spent a good deal of time waiting for some AUM configs to load.
Is there a pointer to some help, a document or a video that shows this MIDI Learn procedure?
The AUM help file is a good place to start. Scroll down to find MIDI control at the bottom of that section is a paragraph about Session Load Actions. There are probably vids out there but it's really pretty straightforward and shouldn't take long to just give a try.
In theory I can have a Morphit preset for each of the headphones, assign that preset to an AUM action with a midi CC, then use Mozaic with a couple of CC buttons to send those CCs to switch between the presets. Haven't tried it yet though.
That should work with no problem.
