Thank you Lars & Steinberg!
Thanks Lars and team!
Doug (The Sound Test Room) made a nice Nanologue review a while ago, check it out here:
@LFS Any plans on making Nanologue an AUV3?
(I deleted Nanologue long time ago and mostly use AUv3's).
+1
And I won’t mind buying it again as an Auv3… it sounds so darn good..
thanks..
Awesome.
I always liked this synth. An auv3 update would be insane.
Hi all,
Thanks for your kind response - greatly appreciated!
While Nanologue does not support AU so far, it's pretty easy and simple to use it on several tracks with Cubasis nevertheless.
These are the steps:
Pre-Requisite
Go to "Mixdown / Freeze" and disable "unfreeze Deletes Audio Track"
Steps
(1) Create a new project with a MIDI track and tap the instrument button to assign the track to "Nanologue"
(2) Choose a Nanologue sound, and record a MIDI sequence (would use the internal Cubasis keyboard here)
(3) Tap "Freeze" to create an audio track mixdown of your recording
(4) Tap "Freeze" again, to unfreeze the original Nanologue MIDI track
(5) Delete the MIDI track (or save it to a different track which is muted)
From here repeat the steps (2) to (5) as often as you like...
Please let me know how you proceed!
Enjoy making music
& stay healthy,
Lars
I do love Nanologue and still use it all the time!
Glad to read this, thanks @ralis!
Enjoy using Nanologue again & stay safe!
Best,
Lars
