Maybe the link is no more. I think presets from desktop version are compatible. There’s a bunch of free banks.

Thanks @Poppadocrock. I got the Krezie download into files. Now what?
Move the presets (in this case, the entire "Krezie Synthwave" folder, via the Files app:
On My iPad > TAL-U-NO-LX > presets
Drop the entire folder in there.
I only know this because I went through this entire process myself trying to get a consistent set of presets between my iOS version of TAL-U-NO-LX and the desktop macOS version.
And by the way, for anyone who needs to know where your presets are on desktop/macOS for TAL-U-NO-LX:
Users > [Your Name] > Library > Application Support > ToguAudioLine > TAL-U-No-LX > presets
Thanks @NeuM … is this right? Now what?

Don't put the ZIP file in there (put the ZIP wherever you keep your backups on your iPad in case something goes bad in the future). Only put in the expanded Krezie Synthwave file, and put it inside the "presets" folder.
So after you make those two minor changes, you should be able to restart TAL-U-NO-LX and they'll pop up in the available sound banks.
And now that you know where they can be found, you'll be able to add whichever sound sets you want in the future. And the really cool thing is that you can rearrange these sound sets any way you want by just going into that "presets" folder and creating as many organizational folders as you want. For example, if you wanted to organize them by "Strings", just make a Strings folder in that "presets" folder and move your strings there.
The file management issue is much, much simpler with the iOS version of the app, versus the macOS version.
@NeuM Got it! Thank you, kind sir 🙏
You bet! My aggravation early on helped me figure this out.
