App to automatically redraw chord midi notes into arpeggios?
Hello all!
Yesterday I was manually redrawing midi notes from some chords that I had exported from Tonaly. It's a bit of a hassle and puts me more into the driver's seat as far as choosing how to express the arpeggiated chord.
Because I'm lazy and also enjoy being surprised, I was wondering if an app could take in a chord and randomly redraw its notes into an arpeggio. Dunno if Riffer maybe can do this?
Thanks!

Check out Chordflow
There are many arpeggiator apps that will do this: Rozeta Arpeggio, Steppolyarp, Ionarics, etc.
ah, I actually got Rozeta during the recent sale, but didn't have a chance to dive in. I'm trying it now. I can't figure out how to make the notes tie, but it gives me enough of a start! Thanks!
I don’t think it will do ties. One nice trick is to load chords into Rozeta Cells and send them to Arpeggio. Cells can be advanced by clock, manually, or by midi message. You can play the chords in Cells with one finger.
Tunemaker also does this. By the same dev I think? Really good for getting the base structure of a song sketched out.
You could use Chorbud 2 feeding Roseta arp then record in Helium!!
Nice! Forgot that one existed. I’ve been looking for a sketch pad type app, and this certainly looks better than some of the other ones I’ve seen
IDK if this has already been answered but you could master the Tonality pads and have those midi note mapped, then we have to find a sequencer to your liking.
The Tonality pads are easy to edit, like comstom change an already established chord
I have a lot of these from Black Friday so I have some homework to do! Thanks for all the suggestions folks!
Press a button and almost any imaginable arp gets played by Arpeggionome in a multitude of tempos and transpositions
Mozaic has a few scripts. In order Arp is one that comes to mind.
if you want to randomly scatter notes then give rhythmbud a go. Additionally, you can record it to atom and quantize it.
Thanks for all the tips, everyone. I own some of these and at the very least they can give me a start so I don't have to draw everything.
