Best microphone add-on to turn wired headphones into headset for gaming and vocals?

Hey guys, I have a pair of Sony WH-1000MX4 headphones and want to turn them into a headset when they're wired with the help of an add-on mic. Would be cool for gaming and also impromptu vocals to record into various apps! I did have something like this, but unfortunately it stopped working recently and I'm in the market for another one.

Any recommendations?
