EG Pulse Files?

Hi,
I am trying to create my own kit in EG Pluse…. I want both a “hot” or high-pitched snare and more of a gentle, wirey relaxed snare.

I thought….why not EDIT the high-hat pad, which you don’t plan on using, and load in the same wave file in the snare pad, then you’ll two seemingly identical snares :: but of course the software has controls to adjust the pitch and sound of each pad (in this case each snare)

I can’t FIND the wav files…….

anyone know where the wav files are in EG Pluse so I can “copy” or “duplicate” a pad in a certain kit.

If I understand what you want to do correctly, you don't need to get into files at all. Tap the little gear icon next to the pad name in the edit screen and then choose copy pad. Move to where you want the copy, tap the gear, and select paste pad.

Or, you can import sounds from the same or other kits using the file icon next to the sample name in the list.

@wim — thank you!! I was able to copy a pad to another, using the method you stated.
I also imported some other snare sounds as well.
