Takeoff To Tomorrow / 4x Synthmaster2
Praise for Synthmaster2! With forum help I have gotten SM2 working without glitches (disabled animation, etc.) I never used SM1 much. Not sure why, but this is great fun to mess with. Thank you @kv331audio_bulent!

The title fits perfectly... it sounds like an Anthem for Progress.
The arpeggiated section is a nice surprise.
@McD, adding that one extra thing near the end is a good technique I think.
Nice! I see what you mean when you commented on my piece Final Transition. The change from disjointed and atonal to steady and harmonious is indeed a similar concept with a completely different treatment. I really like the rich jazz chords. I find it really cool that 2 people can start with the same concept and express it so differently. Cheers!
Thx @Boomer. The difference is I improvised my track with no preconception. Only after I finished and was searching for a title did I hear the “concept”… really an “postcept”, I guess. I hope we get to hear more stuff from you.
Works for me!
I’ve been loving Synthmaster 2! So much, that I purchased the “motherlode” preset bundle during Black Friday. Got over 4000 something sounds now, just in SM2!
@Edward_Alexander, how does one deal with 4000 presets? Maybe we could pitch in and have someone whittle it down to 500 favs. I’ve gone thru the basses somewhat and maybe there’s a dozen I might ever use. I have to ask myself what is the reasoning behind that.
Still, I’m loving SM2. It’s just a sort of fun chore to find the good stuff…. And I only have 2000!
Thanks for the listens, Ed. I’m on a drum roll 😳😉😎🙏😘
We have a liftoff!
Thanks @Stochastically, that gives me a lift 😉
I guess the reasoning is marketability. It hints at the app having all the sounds you need.
