Cubasis 3 / ‘Galileo 2’ midi channels in piano roll

I’ve recorded myself playing on an organ midi controller which has midi 1 top keyboard, midi 2 bottom keyboard and midi 3 for foot pedals. It seems to auto map well with Galileo 2.
When I record into the auv3 track, all midi channels look the same and I can’t tell which notes are which channel…
They are playing correctly, but I can’t seem to edit the note channel to specify a note on channel 1 or 2, i can only move existing notes not create new ones.
Other daws have had a color note by channel option. Does Cubasis? And how can I edit these notes?

Thanks!
