Endlesss for free (and on PC)

Glad to see this update. Admittedly this is nowhere near where I'd personally want it. Remote collaboration is one of the big frontiers yet to be realized.

Not sure if this app will be the ultimate go-to when the tech is better realized but this is a good step forward. I am personally baffled by their hesitence with landscape view. It's the industry standard and trying to bring in outside app connectivity into a portrait-forced environment is not feasible. So the silver lining: the feedback about the need for landscape view will increase dramatically. Couple that with inevitable stability improvements and MIDI compatibility and this app should be great.

P.S. Tim Exile, please do an updated remix of "Broken Language". That song rules.

@d4d0ug Thank you! I offloaded Atom + Midi Tools and then the app + FX scans went smoothly after that..
I believe there was similar problem within Zenbeats at one point..

I suggest using Endlesss' preset function with auv3 Instruments. I've taken to making presets and naming them after mood, tone and other qualities. Makes it easier to find the right sound amidst a jam.

I had AUv3 scanning issues on my main iPad, but I also have a new one with relatively few plugins, so I figured I'd work at things by addition rather than subtraction.

Trouble free scan on new device (iPad mini 5), so these AUv3s are apparently all ok (for scanning at least):

I was off endless for a year or so and it’s great to see how much it’s matured. The new auv feature works great. I wish there was a better way to find collaborators. Haven’t yet grokked how to squeeze finished songs from endless content but the ecosystem sure is musically gratifying

Agree that my two requests are easier collaboration channels and song mode of some sort.

Every synth allows you to make your own presets though ? I’m kinda confused what you’re asking I guess.

I mainly just record in my own sounds from different sources but if/when I can make patches, depending on sample length I may just do it.

I thought this was the sheppard tone synth, oh well I 'll try this anyway! On Mac there is an app with no connectivity really called endless, but I use blackhole so it can go Ito Ableton... ok back to your chat...
