Ipad Controller CV out
Hi,
probably this is already explained somewhere...
I want to use my ipad to create faders and send control CV out to Eurorack
I have an RME Babyface Pro and Expert Sleepers ES-3. So that should work.
But I am quite new to IOS and I have no idea how to build this...
TouchOSC? Lemur? CoVariant for midi to CV?...

Go with TouchOSC, updated more often
Covariant was recently updated and so may work for sending CV. I've only used it to send pitch CV using ES-8.
I use miRack and AUM typically with my eurorack. Use miRack to generate CV and then send those to the specific audio outputs on your RME/ES-3 that you want to use. There are faders modules in miRack that you could use.
I don't know if TouchOSC or Lemur will work without a midi to CV converter. It gets complex but you can also use miRack to do this. Send midi data from these apps into miRack and then convert it to CV and output that to your audio outputs.
I would skip the midi 2 cv conversion, which would preserve the higher resolution of the cv.
Drambo or miRack standalone both can interface cv signals and flexible enough to create control surfaces for your ext gear, unless you need a fairly complex one or there are specific expectations.
