So TAQS.IM World Synth is a free AUv3 SFZ player with an expressive MICROTONAL engine

TAQS.IM Microtoner is an upcoming iOS app, already available on desktop, that it does the magic of converting any normal synth driven my MIDI in an expressive beast with microtonal capabilities.

But to my surprise, TAQS.IM World Synth: Piano Keyboard, already available in the App Store, it includes the same microtonal engine, with the same keyboard, scales and tuning options.

And the best part, it lets you to import your own SFZ instruments, making of this one the sampled instrument players with one of the most expressive engines for sound design available on iOS.

Note that while the application has a subscription option to obtain all the sound packs, you can purchase individual instruments without the subscription bullshit.

And the best part, it's AUV3 without any limitations. So even if you don't purchase any pack, you can still use the free instruments included with the app and import other SFZ instruments.

I haven't imported any SFZ instrument yet, and only tested this with the free instruments and the Arabic Sounds pack that I have purchased.

But it's incredible how expressive this thing is, by using its microtonal live control panel in conjunction with any MIDI sequencer.

Tried this with Piano Motifs, and it was the closest thing to have a generative MPE sequencer.

What an impressive piece of software.
