Great song! As for Sitka, as a part of the effort of rebuilding the country after ww2, it was planted a bunch along the norwegian coast since it grew faster and taller and tolerated the weather and salt water better than the native species. «What could possibly,» they presumably said, «go wrong?» except they said it in norwegian so it would have sounded roughly like the swedish chef in the muppet show.
Now sitka is outlawed in norway. The newspapers like to call it «monster spruce» when they report on sporadic eradication efforts, which fail. «PUNY HUMANS», the wind seems to whisper through the forests. «SITKA CRUSH!»
