Midi settings window in AuV3’s and midi controllers (help)

edited December 2021 in General App Discussion

Jesus god(merry Christmas) and help! I can only get my midi setup to carry over from an app running it in standalone to AUM or Loopy Pro 1/10 times! I calibrate my glide sensitivity in MIDI settings (which are only accessible in standalone?)not being able to save it makes me a poor boy, am I doing it wrong?
Now I
-open moog model 15 in standalone
-adjust glide from 2 to 42
-open loopy pro
-open moog model 15 inside
-close the standalone app
And most times find it dident stick. It does work sometimes tho

Glide is a preset-specific setting. If you're starting with the standalone, you'd need to save the preset. Then in Loopy Pro you'd need to load that same preset (after saving it in the standalone).

I'm not sure why you involve the standalone version since you can set glide and save presets in the AUv3 version, but I assume you have your reasons.

  • Thanks @wim , I will try again tomorrow and report back. Can you see if you find glide amount in moog model 15 loaded in loopy pro? I have looked around. To be spesiffic its the glide amount my midi controller is supposed to send,
I have not found that setting in AuV3’s but I could be wrong

I have not found Midi CC mapping in Loopy pro yet either, I need to map slide, and I don’t know if I can do it in the new loopy(like you can in AUM).

What do you want to map it to?

There is some info about midi mapping on the wiki page and link to demo video
