MIDILFOs has been my long time go to for this, but I’m interested to see how it pans out. I liked LoadKer, a very interesting, idiosyncratic thing, but this looks a lot more mainstream. I’ll probably give it a go, though, just because LoadKer was fun.
Say what! I’m always excited about any modulation/automation app.
Pumped to have 16 in one. As much as I love Rozeta LFO and MidiLFO they have 3 and 4 LFOs respectively. 16 will be nice.
Any word on release date? Release price?
Loadker is hella fun. Haven't used it in ages - too many apps syndrome, but i had a lot of fun making my vid on it
It was you who introduced me to this @Svetlovska, thanks again for the tip!
With miRack, you can have infinite. Well, 16 Channels × 127 midi cc, lol. Let me know I can upload something to patch storage.
Does it have a ramping random LFO, or should I just stick with Drambo or apeMatrix?
That’s very nice of you unfortunately miRack is one of the apps I don’t have. I’m very much a beginner when it comes to full on Modular synths. It does have so much great stuff built in, but im way behind on apps I need to learn…
Mirack isn’t worth it in my opinion. It’s fun but the sound quality isn’t there
This looks like it would be really fun with my eurorack
Hi, am I too late to take you up on this offer? If not then yes, please do upload a MiRack patch to PS 👍🎛🚀
You got it. I'll include some of my favorite LFOs in there. Likely in another day or so. 😄
Trying out mLFO today.
I don't have the 'Power' button on the Edit page. If I click on the screen where it's supposed to be, the LFO activates/deactivates but there's no visual feedback and no button in sight.
Rebooted everything but no change.
This is both in AUM and standalone modes.
Anyone else seeing this?
It's there for me...3rd gen 11" iPad Pro & ipad OS 15.2.1
I’ve checked on my other iPad and they’re there. I’m guessing it a version issue.
Just heard from the dev and sample and hold is scheduled for the next release...👍
Dope great to know. Cheers.
LFOs can only be synced with host tempo. That’s a deal breaker for me. Hopefully a future update will allow free running LFOs adjustable in hz.
Running into a bug with mLFO here: if I open any of a given LFO's timing division parameters there's no visible way to return back to the main UI other than quitting the whole of AUM and relaunching. The "workaround" of sorts is to not tap-open the division parameters but instead adjust them within the main UI view.
Meanwhile there's much to love about mLFO: 16(!) LFOs, ability to name each (vital), and despite no S&H shape there's plenty of great ones and the Ramp three are very useful.
@wim I could be mistaken but it seems there's no HZ running mode. (I see now way to get off of 'Beats' as the default).
Try tapping inside the circular 'arc' showing the number of timing parameters in the middle of the edit window.
Ah! How’d I miss that? Thanks!
There is directions inside the app. I think it’s a ? Button inside of an lfo
Just read this is intro pricing until March 1st
How'd you miss that? I'd say more like how did anyone ever find it?
cool app, but on my iphone pro max……anybody else having sizing issues when use in AUM. when i click to select waveform style. the AU isn’t sizing right, and i can close out of the waveform window and back to main page of the app.
The answer is literally a few posts above yours. Admittedly, it’s a silly way to implement and I’d probably have the same question had I not read through this thread.
ha thanks guess i should have read the thread before guessing. thanks for the help
There should also be a midi trigger option like Rozeta, so you can get a unique S&H value per note. And that option should be per lfo instead of global.
This is really cheap so I’m tempted to just get it, but is midilfo’s better? I already have the Rozeta suite and the one that comes with apeMatrix (that I always find really hard to get my head round!!)
