WIKI: Help us with the Loopy Pro pages

I have been fleshing out pages on the wiki related to Loopy Pro. Many of the pages have barebone instructions -- something is better than nothing, right?

It would be great if the community would participate in adding and refining the content.

If you know a great tip: add it!

Have a few minutes to add some screenshots to a page that could use some, do it!

Know of good video content, add a link.

Thanks!

The main Loopy Pro wiki page is:

  • What a great resource. I'm sure I'll be making great use of this as I dive in.

    Thank you for your efforts.

  • The Loopy Pro wiki is now at:

    https://wiki.loopypro.com

  • I tried to sign in with my Audiobus Forum / Wiki account and it didn't work. Do we need to create accounts?

To edit, you need to create a login. The new wiki is totally separate from AB Forum. So, AB forum account info doesn’t apply. The backbone is mediawiki which should be generally more friendly than the old wiki.

  • Got it. Thanks.

  • if i may add a suggestion on adding this option to 2.0 or future updates, is to have the option to double click in the daw to select the multiple bars, instead of every time having to select the little square select tool on the bottom right, this wold be a great addition as it gets a little tedious to select the tool every time i want to select multiple bars/tracks etc. ( double click and hold finger and drag )

Interesting idea. There is a site for logging feature requests:

https://roadmap.loopypro.com it is also accessible from Loopy Pro’s Help panel

  • Please, whatever else you do, don’t dispense with the old wiki, which I gratefully observe is still linked.

Thank you, @espiegel123. Just one question: Where is the dark mode option?

  • Is there a way to get into bluetooth advertising when connecting a second i device inside loopy pro?

The Bluetooth Devices panel has an advertising button at the bottom for setting up advertising.

  • Thanks for pointing that out!

Sorry, it was a common phrase for the viewing site in dark mode. Like here on the LPF!

The main wiki is a different platform and doesn’t have that switch as far as I know.
