Hi, I have a question for those who own or have used a of Roli Live Block with their Lightpad.
And the sooner I get my answer better are the chances to get a refund. Anyway, I bought the Live Block yesterday and, after struggling with the update of the device, I’m struggling now with its functions, except when I use the Noise plugins. So do you know if this Live Block is supposed to work only in a Roli environment or it’s just the one I bought which should be sent to recycling. Please only answer if you own one or you are sure because with Roli it’s very easy to assume… anything. And like I said, this device is so old that it didn’t want to update.

i have a live block that i never use. afaik it only works with roli’s software.
You will have to customize your liveblock inside Roli Dashboard (Midicommands, that do what you wish) to use it with software other than Roli‘s. I never did this myself, because I usually don‘t want to unplug devices from iPad and plug them into Mac, just for the necessary changes, but it can be done… . I believe there are some tutorials on yt about this. Good luck!
