Screen record and video record at the same time?
I guess if Rolands x4 camera maker app would let you screen record on one of the devices it would be enough, but maybe there is an online service that lets you send a stream from two devices to it? So you can screen record on one and video record on the other?
Would be nice to stream like that

I’m not sure if it’s exactly what you’re wanting but Jakob Haq has a couple of videos about screen recording and editing videos.
Not sure what you're looking for. TunesKit Screen Recorder has the feature to record screen, video and audio at the same time though.
By the way, Jason Snell (formerly editor of MacWorld magazine back when magazines still existed) has been podcasting for a long time and he has a site with a large collection of notes and tips for doing stuff like this.
