Audio setup for livestream help
What up ya’ll? I’m way out of my depth here, so I need help. My nephew DJ’s with classic setup, turntables, vinyl, 2 Chanel dj mixer into 2 channel Scarlett interface. He wants to start streaming setA on iglive, on overhead shot on IPhone 12 Mini, but he doesn’t want the iPhone mic recording the audio, he wants the audio to come direct from interface into his iPhone. Is that possible, and if so, what apps and/or hardware (CCK?) does he need? How would the audio be routed?
Comments
I imagine if you record into an audio interface on the iPhone12 then it's camera will use the audio interface and not it's mic. At least that works on a lightning iPad ( I used the lightning cck and a cheap Behringer 202) so I assume it would be the same on iPhone.
Is this what he is looking for?

Thanks @AudioGus and @DMfan, we’re going to try the cck route today, I think that will work based on what @AudioGus said. If not we’ll explore the other options.
