Multitracker Playback NEW Issue
I have been using Multitracker w/ Cubasis 3 for 10 months now - very successfully. 2 weeks ago I tracked 2 new tunes on Cubasis 3 and shared all tracks to Multitracker. I allocated all tracks to their respective outputs as well as assigning all MIDI routing. But this time - upon playback - all MIDI functions are normal but I have zero audio. I've deleted files in Multitracker and re-shared from Cubasis multiple times - always w/ identical results. MIDI is normal - AUDIO is 100% absent. File managers in both apps show all tracks present and normal / average file sizes. When playing back on Multitracker, it shows a song length of 4:00:23. Hitting PLAY begins the time roll - but no sound. I've reloaded older tracks which are all playing back normally. I've done screen data comparisons between older and new tracks - all visual info appears identical. I'm missing something. I'm not "dead in the water" as I have all of my old tracks. But I was hoping to include the 2 newbees this weekend. PLEASE HELP - and MARCUS the MIDI Wonderboy, if you're out there...my email address for you appears dead.

PS...All tracks playback normally on Cubasis 3.
Just asking, but what version of Cubasis 3 and iPadOS are you running? CB 3 was updated to 3.4 on Feb.4 and iPad OS was updated to 15.3.1 on Feb. 10, so there have been recent updates to both components.
I have not updated C3 since purchasing last March. The iPad is 14.6. The issue seems to be w/ Multitracker though...?
I'm not sure I understand the process you've followed, when you say "shared all tracks to Multitracker". I assume you mean you've rendered to audio and shared the files to Multitracker?
If so, have you checked the files outside of Multitracker by just playing them in the files app, AudioShare, or another host? This will narrow down whether the problem is with Cubasis or Multitracker. It's not unusual for Cubasis to have sometimes exported with silent audio.
The tracks are recorded in Cubasis 3 - which is only a recording app, then shared w/ Multitracker for live playback. Yes - the tracks play normally in Cubasis. Yes - Cubasis is often RIDDLED w/ glitches. I have had tracks transfer as silent, distorted, not playing at all or random digital noise. However, these are large files - each w/ 16 separate tracks. I've "re-mixed down" and "re-shared" them multiple times with the same results. Thinking the problem is w/ Multitracker. When I first started the app last Spring, I wrote to them 3 times and never received a response - so product support is nil. I tracked back in December and all was well. Since then, I did a full back up to iCloud and this is when my problems started. I use an iPad Pro. I have a second Pro for back up. Both iPads - as of last week - no longer play back NEW tracks on Multitracker. Although, all of my older tracks are fine. I just did a 5-second drum track as an experiment. Mixed it down, shared it, opened and allocated it in Multitracker. No sound. Thank you for pondering this!! I am at a total loss...
I have Multitracker and it’s working perfectly on iPad 5th gen 9.7” latest OS. I hit play on mine and it works perfectly. I just exported a song and imported into Multitracker. Absolutely make sure that you have selected both left and right outputs in the song configuration screen.
One last thing to try, download the demo songs, if those don’t work then it’s the app.
If nothing else works, I would recommend deleting the app and reinstalling it. But before you do, make a backup first.
