Tahti Versatile Groovebox now in iOS beta.
Spotted CDM talking about Tahti Groovebox today a browser based instrument so I I tried it out inside AUM using the WebAU app! Works pretty cool, if you own Web AU app give it a go.
Just a shame you can’t add external effects or sends being web based would love to see this Tahti Groovebox come to iOS maybe we should start a campaign! Ok we got Drambo I know😀

I have played with it some time ago, but exported the stems to beatmaker 3 and blocswave for some fun. (with effects and such)

i messaged the dev on twitter a while back, and he mentioned it wasnt likely, but who knows, maybe if more people show interest. its a really cool little groovebox, ive used it for a few tracks now

This is a dream come true, finally a perfect drummachine on iOS ❤️
Just discovered that the iOS beta stays active in the background as a ghost process and drains a lot of battery.
Don't all music apps? AUM certainly seems to. Or is this even worse?
Not like this ... I opened the app briefly a couple of times (for a couple of minutes each time) after downloading it a couple of days ago, but it's drained a 3rd of my battery on the latest full charge, so definitely looks like it's processing when it's not meant to be. It was top of my battery consumption list, ahead of AUM/Battalion etc which have been used a lot more in that period.
@craftycurate Told the dev, he said it’s probably the background audio process.
Yep that makes sense. I may have missed it, but I didn't see an option to enable/disable background audio.
The amount of battery drain seems reasonable for an app that had been processing audio for that time, but it would be good to be able to deactivate background processing.
You just have to force-quit the app.

Oo this is very nice.. inwould say as much close to Digitalt experience as possible .. Missing some piani roll for more easy entering melodies and vidual feedback of played wave is nightmsre for eyes in dark room (blinking galore) but other than that - very nice !

Out of curiosity…does anybody know how to clear a sample out completely? Not just replacing, but clearing it. I can’t seem to find the magic button that says clear/delete.

Actually it is possible. A little trip to Discord educated me. It’s in the 3 button menu of the sample - you just need to scroll down to find it.
This beast is another amazing app. The speed in which you can get a groove up and running and the detail you can get to on a note by note basis…my oh my…

definitely.. it really has digitakt vibe .. i am just missing some sort of piano keyboard (or at least note buttons) on bottom to realtime record melody AND that sample playback playbead is absolute disaster to my eyes, especially on very short (single cycle) waves it's like stroboscope - blinking hell .. i wrote on discord request to make that playhead more subtle cause i literally cannot use the app, especially not in dark room, because of that, my eyes are bleeding...
