Synthmaster one in app purchases not working
i’m trying to purchase the bluff monkey cinematic preset bundle. but it keeps saying
“purchase disabled in your device”
ive tried it in my phone as well and it still
doesn’t work.
i tried deleting and re downloading synthmaster one, but the same results.
any body else have this issue ?

I'm having the same issue with the same preset bundle. I also tried it on both my iPad and iPhone.

There is nothing wrong at your side. You are getting the message because the IAPs you are trying to download are not yet approved by Apple.
The issue is caused by the workflow at Apple according to the developer. Apple need to approve of both the updated app and the IAPs, and sometimes this is done by different teams or processes.
Just be patient and try again tomorrow.

There are some IAPs in SM1 I have never been able to purchase because of this pop-up - and still can’t today (just checked them again).
All of them have the price marked at $5 - although I am in the UK. The IAPs I could purchase were all marked as £4.49
I’m not quite sure how patient “patient” needs to be. It’s been close to 12 months (at a guess) on some of them.
I did raise it with the devs (“hey - I want to give you money!”) but didn’t get an acknowledgment - or any reply actually.
So I gave up bothering eventually.
Yes. It seems like the three preset banks with a round number price ($5) are somehow unavailable, causing this message when I attempt to purchase. This may be caused by an error in the SM1 code, or maybe they are actually not in the iOS app store, though possibly available on other OS. The ones with odd number prices ($4.99, etc.) work normally.

As I said above, as long as the price is wrong (is not xx.x9 in whatever currency), it will not work. I believe there's some fundamental disconnect between the app and the AppStore server.
hello friends, unfortunately the new IAPs are still waiting for Apple's approval. They've approved the app release but later I saw that the IAPs are still waiting
For that reason they are not on the store yet.
