Thank you very much. Have a great day!

  • This hits me as a useful score for a documentary on the Ukrainian invasion: dark foreboding mixed with the distant thunder of firepower. And the persistent clock that won't let up. There is no way out of this hell-scape.

    Masterfully composited and mixed.

A few weeks ago, I read an article about Edgar Cayce, and thought his comment about time would make a good title for something that had been sitting in my Projects folder since 2020. I recall using Thumbjam and Geoshred on this one. I like those playing surfaces and find that they work for me. I think I also used iSymphonic, Model D, and a few others, but created the tracks using the MIDI editor.

I hope nobody would ever use any of my creations for anything related to the abomination that is taking place over there. It's too horrible. I pray for a peaceful solution... and soon!

Thanks for listening, and also for your other "master" comment. I really appreciate it!

  • I, too, really liked what happens around 1:20. Always some surprises to wait for with your tracks.

That's quite a compliment coming from a master of musical surprises. Thank you very much!

Wow. I don't recall you using these apps in your recent work. I own all of them but I could envision how you found the sounds that I hear in this one. Your work always presents puzzles for me to try and figure out where the sounds came from w.r.t. apps and/or found audio sources.

There's a huge attraction to me for music that creates this "how the hell was this made" which means... I'd like to have that level of control over the possibilities of IOS. It's good to know there are so many secrets left to be discovered. It's inspiring.

  • @McD s last comment completely describes my feelings about this track and your working methods… You pack in so much variety that there is a never a dull moment… listened on main speaker and it sounded pretty good!

I have been finding that I have a hard time remembering what any given track sounds like. Maybe there is too much variety! I like the approach you took with Troglodyte, combining natural sounds with music. Since I work a lot with audio, I might give something like that a try. Thanks for listening!
