  • That was satisfyingly twin-peaksy, very cool vocals.

  • What a sky! Your new home in Arizona, or is it New Mexico? Mysterious music in keeping with the mythic mountains. Hope it’s been good for your head.

  • This, I like!

  • Oh, America is made for this kind of epicness! I don’t remember the ride to the Overlook Hotel being quite so sunny, or electronic, but I’m sure the caretaker will give you a warm welcome. Seriously: really, really liked this. :)

  • I'm trapped in southern california. I miss empty roads.

  • It was such a nice day but no matter how far he drove he just couldn't escape the ancient curse and those pesky demons.

New Mexico! This is just around the corner from the house. Head is getting better. Thanks for the kind words

More coming soon. We just came back from Pagosa Springs, CO so I think I got some great footage.

The Southwest / West has so many places to explore. We caught the sunset going through Abiquiu, New Mexico yesterday

I feel ya. I used to live in Houston. Horrible traffic everywhere

  • This is really great! Always dig your stuff. Happy someone else is using iOS for more experimental things.

You mind diving into a little about what plugins you’re using?

  • Very good track!

I bet. We live right on the border of a forest and the high desert. No wrong direction when driving.

Thank you, don’t know how to make pretty music 🥴

Recently I’ve been using - FX - Rhino for distortion (trying to put it on everything) / FRMS / Digistix (need to get D2) / Stratosphere Reverb / Velvet Machine / Agonizer / Replicant 2 / Hammerhead

I could go on and on but I have to switch out apps on the iPad (only have 32GB)

Very cool! Are you in Colorado?

Yup! We live on the western edge of the Denver area, near Red Rocks, but the mountains are my true home. I was looking for pics from my trip down to Red River but didn't have them at hand. I guess that means I need to get back down there and play in the Sangre de Cristos more.

Just finished the first track. Really great stuff. Reminds me of Enigma. These are great focused work tracks.

Just visited Colorado for the first time. Went to Pagosa Springs. Really cool place [hated the traffic - weird for a small town]. Also - really want to see a show @ Red Rocks!! I think NIN is playing there soon.

Few photos while I was there

Cheers man, I’m pretty good, approaching the crescendo of a few months on non sound projects, so mentally exhausted, but really looking forward to the coming weeks where I’ll finally be able to dive back into valve world and be more productive in the audio dimension 😁

Thanks for the breakdown. I haven’t tried rhino yet but Mammoth gets a lot of use out of me. Love that stratosphere reverb and hammerhead as well! Digistix 1/2 are apps I’ve yet to try but have heard great things. My personal favorites for experimental drums Skiiid and Playbeat.

  • Next video // exploring Plaza Blanca / New Mexico

Apps used for sonic landscape - Paulxstretch / FRMS (used some sounds from @Pxlhg bank) / Rhino / Mammoth / Digistix

Premiere today at 10am [mountain time]

  • You know, we made a terrible mistake letting you colonials hang on to our country. Too late to consider a swap? >:)
