Mela 2 and 3.
I had mela 2 working on 14, but, yes, 3 for sure.

It now blocks the download if you don't have 15, which I don’t.
The app store description for Mela 2 currently states that it requires 15 or later. I seem to remember Apple allowing you to download the most recent older version that works on your OS, not sure if they still do that.
You can't buy the current version of Mela 2 under ipados 14, but if you already have it or have a newer device with 15 to use to buy it, you will be able to load the previous version on your 14 device. I bought both Mela 2 and Mela 3 on my iphone for this reason, Mela 2 loaded fine on my ipad which is still running 14.
