Drag and Drop Samples
Hi guys…. I’m still alive. 😬. So my desktop experiment ended up costing me a bunch of money and I realized that I just do more noise on the ipad. So i am migrating back.
I like Cubasis for arrangement and I might noodle up a nice sound design in AUM and then make a loop of it.
Here is question.. On Logic I got so comfortable with dragging and dropping my sounds right on the timeline. Is there anything that I can use in Cubasis for this?? Do we know if Cubasis will support drag and drop? Is there an AU sampler that I can have open in Cubasis that supports this?
There are so many steps to get a sample/loop into the media bay.. or maybe I forgot that was a perk of IOS 😁.
Cheers

I just bought the AUv3 of Koala. That looks like it might be able to do the trick. 😁
Hey Charlie, welcome back! Glad to hear you’re ok. We thought you had moved on to bigger and better things. (“Better” being entirely subjective of course haha!)
I like Cubasis, but it just feels like I’m trying to force myself into doing things in a “desktop DAW” type of way, so I rarely use it. I much prefer AUM, Drambo, or my newest love; Loopy Pro. (which Loopy Pro does have its own traditional “DAW-like” timeline view for easy arranging and sequencing)
@Edward_Alexander Thanks Ed! So real quick I see that I can drag and drop into Loopy from doughnut mode, but I cant when I am in timeline?
