Configuration (Animoog Z, TAL-U-NO-LX, Continua)
This is a music track that I improvised on an iPad with Animoog Z, TAL-U-NO-LX, and Continua. I used MIDI Tape Recorder (within AUM) to capture the performance and AUM to record the audio.
After bringing the AUM recording over to my PC, I applied the Lurssen Mastering Console plug-in to the audio mix within Vegas Pro.
It's titled Configuration.
Comments
I don't always comment but I do always listen and enjoy.
Same here, configuration it is.
Beautiful scapes, deep mellow and ongoing evolution while maintaining a perfect blend of staticness and neverening motion. Track imo could stretch longer, it is totaly worth the extra mile. Reminds me of Brian Eno an ending.
Btw, continua is the one synth I love when I feel paddy or need to release and sustain.
Great track @DavidEnglish !
Thanks, @Wrlds2ndBstGeoshredr and @Bob. Much appreciated.
I think you're right about the length.
Here's an extended version (was 5:18, now 6:53). My first impression is that the longer one is better. Feedback would be welcome.
It's titled Reconfigure.
Nice work @DavidEnglish
(In jest) may I recommend a third companion track called
“Go Figure”
Thanks, @audiblevideo. Glad you like it.
After seven variations, that next one could be called "Figure 8."
And years later, after being revived too-many times, the final one might be called "Regurgitate."
