You have to buy the synths through IAP’s. Syntronik is sample based, no synthesis.
This is their model now isn't it? "Free" apps with IAPs for basically anything other than having the icon in your app list.
(Ok that's a bit unfair as they do come with a couple of things, but you get what I mean)
Seems to be a few free synth patches for free maybe 28 or so with the app
