Nice!
Yes - this excellent news! Branches is superb!
Always nice to see west coast parpy synths getting some love!!
Cool!
Fantastic! I think Branches is one of the better sounding synths on iOS. Excited for this one.
It would be good if I had used it since purchase. I found not being able to see the whole gui a bit of an issue but the developer didn't seem to. I'm not expecting much based on previous comms but it looks like a maybe the decided to finally look at the issue.
Awesome 👏
Loved it from day one. This makes me so happy.
This is exciting news, I was messing with it the other day and wondering if the dev had anything new up their sleeves…
Is it out yet can only see the original in store is it a new app or update ?
It’s a free update for existing users. Not yet out here (UK).
The 2.0 update is available (Netherlands)
@Philandering_Bastard Cheers for the info.
Out in Italy!
Out in the UK, just on time for the Platinum Jubilee.
Out in USA
Does branches ship with any presets built in? If so appropriately how many? Thanks
If it does I've not found any
It doesn't include any presets that I can see.
I just opened the new version in AUM. The default note it plays at 48khz sampling rate id D. It seems like the audio unit instances are afflicted with the sample rate to pitch bug.
Thanks @Samu @espiegel123
I got the impression there were few if any, so thanks for confirming.
I did a quick search for the link.

It's a free update so if a previous version was installed it will just get updated...
Glad it’s out! I’m excited to dive back into it. It’s really a fantastic (and great sounding) app.
This is attractive-looking, but zero presets for a modular synth? I can already load up MiRack and get nothing out of it!
But seriously, does this bring anything that Ripplemaker doesn't? Or MiRack? Or Audulus. Or — has nobody mentioned Drambo in this thread yet??
I would settle for an init (remove all cables) button if there isn’t going to be a preset browser. Saving to AUM presets is a decent workaround for the time being. I not sure how I feel about the scrolling to see all modules. It works just fine but there is something that makes me a bit OCD seeing parts of the modules that aren’t fully on the screen. That being said, I think the sound in this is very on point.
Just noticed that presets saved to AUM from the previous version do not load to the new version. Kind of a bummer.
I just tried saving Branches presets in AUM and it seemed to save and recall OK.
First patch!!
