using Geoshred live
I'm learning to use Geoshred, having purchase the Pro version and the GeotenorSax preset. It's amazing PERIOD. One thing that's very clear is that mounting my iPad on an iPad holder/microphone stand doesn't give near the stability needed to cleanly target notes- way too much wobble. I'm wondering if anyone is using Geoshred for live performances and if so, how you have it supported so that it's on a rock steady base. I have a heavy duty sheet music stand that I might experiment with. Also, I'm wondering if I would be able to reach/play notes on a smaller screen than my 12.9 iPad Pro. Thoughts?

It’s definitely usable on smaller screens. How much screen space you need depends on playing style and techniques.
Can you not play live sitting, with iPad in your lap? This is very stable.
I'd think the smaller size iPad would be the better choice for live performance. You might even be able to rig up something that makes it look more like a synth or even a guitar with a strap for a little more "showbiz" on the stage.
Reminds me of this guy:
Haha. Yes. He has the right idea.
GeoShred on an iPhone:
I think I'll forgo the strap and place it on a solid music stand near my keyboard. Not flashy, I know, but it will fit better in my workflow. It WOULD be pretty cool to try it on an iphone but I have a Pixel so no go on that.
